The Playbook is a systematic method of communicating "plays" on how to execute the vision in every area of ministry. When we provide our team members with clarity in the plays, we will be able to multiply in quantity and quality. Join us and learn how to create and implement plays that include vision, cultural values, process workflows, systems, and operating procedures to shape a consistent excellence in every service, event, and location.
Leadership Pipeline Workshop

Empowerment Track Workshop
We know that we all believe everyone has a next step in their relationship with Jesus... which is why most of us have some kind of a next steps class, group, or want to start one at our churches.
Join us at the Empowerment Track workshop and learn how Next Level’s one-day, three-hour Empowerment group is designed to help those new to Next Level, those whose spiritual growth has plateaued, or those that just need a little help finding what their next step is to accelerate into full engagement with Jesus and His purpose for our life.
Whether you have a current “growth track” strategy that you would like to refresh or want to create something new for your church, this workshop will give you our vision and strategy! It will also allow you time to ask questions and make updates or create something new in real time!
